Return & Refund Policy – NN Jewels

At NN Jewels, we are committed to delivering finely crafted jewellery with the highest quality standards. While we ensure every product is carefully inspected before dispatch, we understand that concerns may occasionally arise. This policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in a fair and transparent manner.


Easy Return & Exchange Window

We offer:

  • 7-Day Return Window from the date of delivery
  • 7-Day Exchange Window for eligible items

Requests raised beyond this timeframe may not be considered.


Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • It should be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange due to their nature:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Earrings and piercing jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased under sale, clearance, or promotional discounts

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share:
    • Clear photos and unboxing video
    • Images of packaging and invoice

Once verified, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement, OR
  • Provide store credit/refund as applicable

⚠️ Claims without proper photo/video evidence may not be accepted.


Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a request:

  1. Email us at support@nnjewels.com with your order details
  2. Our team will review and approve your request
  3. You will receive return instructions
  4. Ship the product back securely

After receiving the item:

  • We will inspect it for quality and condition
  • If approved, we will proceed with refund or exchange

Shipping Charges

  • Customer bears return shipping costs (₹250 standard deduction), except in case of damaged/incorrect products
  • NN Jewels will cover shipping for replacements due to verified issues

Refund Details

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Payment gateway or bank timelines may vary
  • A processing fee (up to 5%) may be deducted in applicable cases

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for eligible items
  • If exchanging for a higher-value product → pay the price difference
  • If exchanging for a lower-value product → balance provided as store credit
  • Discounted items are not eligible for exchange benefits

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
  • Personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started

Important Notes

  • All communication must be done via email only
  • NN Jewels reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet policy conditions
  • We may take appropriate action in case of misuse of return policy or fraudulent claims
  • As all jewellery is handcrafted, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects

Return Eligibility Checklist

Before requesting a return, ensure:

  • Request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused and intact
  • Packaging, tags, and invoice are available
  • Product is not in the non-returnable category

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
